SPICE is a method for remembering things more effectively. It’s a type of Spaced Repetition System, or SRS, designed to work with your brain’s natural rhythm of forgetting and remembering. The name SPICE is an acronym for its core components: Stimulus, Probing, Interval, Calibration, and Enrichment.
