- Share Reports: You can share your reports with colleagues inside or outside your organization.
- Build Dashboards: A dashboard is a single-page view that brings together the most important visuals from one or more reports. It gives a high-level overview of key metrics.
- Collaborate: Teams can work together in 'workspaces,' where they can create, share, and manage collections of reports and dashboards.
- Set Up Automatic Refreshes: You can schedule your data to refresh automatically, ensuring your reports are always up-to-date without any manual effort.
The Service is the central hub for collaboration and distribution in the Power BI ecosystem.
