From the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, they can inherit a predisposition for heart conditions, most notably Mitral Valve Disease. They can also be at risk for a neurological condition called Syringomyelia.

From the Poodle side, potential concerns include joint problems like hip dysplasia and patellar luxation (a dislocating kneecap), as well as certain eye disorders such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy. Regular check-ups with a veterinarian are crucial for catching and managing any potential health problems early.
