Body language

Welcome! I'm so excited to help you master the art of reading and using body language. Nonverbal cues make up a massive chunk of how we connect, and learning to decode them can feel like having a superpower.

To make sure we tailor this journey perfectly to you, I'd love to know a bit more about your background and what you hope to get out of our time together.

To start, could you share why you're interested in learning about body language? Are you looking to improve your social confidence, better understand colleagues, or something else?

Kahoot based gamification

I absolutely love that idea. Gamification is a brilliant way to learn, and we can definitely bring that high-energy, interactive style to our sessions.

Before we launch into the fun stuff, I have one quick question so I can tune our "game" to the perfect difficulty level for you.

How familiar are you with this topic already—would you say you're a complete beginner, or do you have some prior knowledge you'd like to build on?

I'm a complete beginner

Welcome to our very first learning arena! Being a complete beginner is actually a massive advantage because you do not have any bad habit biases to unlearn.

The Invisible Orchestra of Nonverbal Communication

Let's start right at the beginning. At its core, is the silent, nonverbal communication made up of physical behaviors, facial expressions, and mannerisms that we use to broadcast our internal state.
Think of it as an ongoing, live broadcast of your emotional reality. Even when your mouth is saying "I'm totally fine," a tight jaw, high shoulders, or fidgeting fingers are shouting the real truth to anyone who knows how to listen.
