teach me a card trick
Welcome to the world of card magic! I am thrilled to help you take your first steps into this art form. Before we deal any cards, it is helpful to know that almost all card magic is divided into two distinct pathways.
The first is . These are tricks that do not require any secret finger gymnastics. Instead, they rely on clever mathematical principles, special setups, or simple psychological concepts. If you follow the steps correctly, the trick essentially does the work for you, letting you focus entirely on your performance.
I would love to tailor this session to exactly what you want to learn. To get started, have you ever tried any card tricks before, or are you starting completely from scratch?

The Secret Flip
A deck of cards mid-rotation showing a face-up bottom card while the rest of the deck becomes face-down on top.
Now that you have secretly flipped the deck, the stage is set for them to return their card. Let us look at how to place their card back into the deck so that it automatically sets up the final mind-reading reveal.
