As a specialist, you are likely very familiar with the tactical side: building weekly schedules, managing real-time adherence, and tracking historical call volumes or transactional data to handle immediate operational needs. At the executive level, however, the focus shifts to the horizon. Executives care about matching human capital with the company's five-year growth plan, identifying upcoming skill gaps before they disrupt the business, and determining whether to build talent internally or buy it from the market.

If a retail company wants to launch an e-commerce platform in two years, the executive's job is not just to schedule cashiers today, but to plan the hiring and training of digital logistics experts for tomorrow.

I think as spreadsheets are connected, people with high priority are being done outside of our department and that leaves us with the process, mind you saying that the task division is handle daily - which means that today i can be task 1, tomorrow i can be task 2
